Located in the Smoky Mountains. Roads are paved and generally easy to access but may be winding.

Property Access

The road leading to the cabin is fully paved with minimal elevation
change and can be accessed easily with most vehicles. 4WD may be
recommended during winter weather.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception
of the locked owner closets.

A keyless entry code will be provided prior to arrival for easy
self check-in.

House Rules

• Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests unless prior approval is given

• No smoking inside the cabin or on the premises

• No pets allowed

• No parties or events permitted

• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours

• Do not feed or approach wildlife. Food should never be left outside due to bears and other animals in the area

• Guests will be required to review and sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure electronic link will be sent for signature prior to arrival. Government-issued ID may be required.

Mountain Notes

• The cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains, and while roads are fully paved, some mountain roads may be steep. 4WD may be recommended during winter weather.

• WiFi and cell service may occasionally be limited due to the mountain terrain. We recommend downloading maps for offline use prior to arrival.

• The cabin is located in a natural forest setting, so you may encounter wildlife such as bears, deer, or other animals. Please do not feed or approach wildlife.

• During fall and winter, ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains and may occasionally appear inside the cabin despite regular pest control.

• Trash must be placed in the bear-proof garbage receptacle located near the driveway. Food should never be left outside.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is Firm.

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–30 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unexpected changes.

Refunds cannot be provided for events outside of our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or travel disruptions.

Guests are encouraged to review the full rental agreement and cancellation terms prior to booking.
