This Gulf Shores vacation rental is thoughtfully designed with a bright coastal feel, plenty of seating, and room for everyone to spread out.

Property Access
Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a small locked owner’s closet.

A keyless entry code will be provided prior to arrival for easy, self check-in.
After a day at the beach, guests can enjoy the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before heading inside.

House Rules
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book (per HOA requirements)
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests unless prior approval is given
• No smoking inside the home
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events permitted
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours
• Do not leave food or trash outside, as it may attract coastal wildlife
• Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the home
• Guests are required to review and sign a rental agreement after booking

Beach Notes
Being close to the coast, you may occasionally experience humidity, sea breezes, and the natural elements that come with a beach environment.
Sand is part of the fun — we recommend rinsing off at the outdoor shower before entering the home to keep things comfortable during your stay.
Please note the community pool is not heated and hours may vary seasonally.
Trash should be secured properly, as coastal wildlife may be attracted to food or open containers.
During peak season, traffic and local attractions can be busier — we recommend planning ahead for dining and activities.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is Firm.
• Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–30 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unexpected changes.
Refunds cannot be provided for circumstances outside of our control, including weather conditions, tropical storms, hurricanes, natural disasters, power outages, or travel disruptions.
We encourage all guests to review the full rental agreement and cancellation terms prior to booking.
